Ensure prompt preparation of letters of offer; check to ensure incorporation of all terms and conditions.
Arrange for customers\' acceptance of facilities.
Verify customers\' signatures and check to ensure prompt updating of customers\' records.
. Credit Follow-up Function
Assess / review customers\' financial health, business prospects, conduct of accounts and utilization of facilities to either source for additional business opportunities or to spot early signs of financial deterioration.
Make site visits to monitor business operations.
Monitor facilities already disbursed to ensure their compliance with A/A terms and conditions.
Prompt / proper preparation of renewals and C/As additional facilities required with the assistance from credit analyst.
