Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Sales Engineer
to drive solution-based sales and business growth. The role requires a balance of technical knowledge and sales strategy to identify opportunities, provide consultative engagement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution consultations with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions and proposals.
Prepare tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals with a strong understanding of both technical and business requirements.
Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing customers.
Monitor market trends and competitors to support strategic planning.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagements.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, or a related technical discipline.
At least 3-5 years of experience in technical or solution sales, preferably in construction, geospatial, surveying, or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of GIS, mapping, positioning, or remote sensing technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Possess valid class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
