• Support Cooling related sales activities in Singapore with focus in both Industrial Solutions segment (IS) and Building Technology (BT) segment by promoting cooling piping systems solution supplie Support Cooling related sales activities in Singapore with focus in both Industrial Solutions segment (IS) and Building Technology (BT) segment by promoting cooling piping systems solution supplier. Provide support to existing distributor regarding BT-related enquiries, sales activities and technical presentations Identify & forecast sales potential for cooling market in IS segment and BT segment and be accountable for sales target. Monitor and evaluate the development / behaviour of key players (inclusive of end customers, consultants, designers, competitors) in Singapore and translate into marketing strategies and tangible sales. Identify key stakeholders in the cooling segment (consultants, owners, main contractors) reach out to these stakeholders and work with them to specify or include range of products for their cooling applications. Maintain relationship with existing BT distributor by providing support for BT-related enquiries, sales/marketing activities and customer presentations. Requirement Strong communication skills (internally and externally) with team player approach. Proficient in project management with service focus HVAC background required with good understanding of the cooling specifics of region (i.e. system design, fire codes, building codes, sustainability) with focus on central cooling system utilizing chilled water, glycol and brine solution, for example air-conditioning in BT segments or similarly process cooling in IS, segments (for example sub-segments such as data center, food & beverage & microelectronics,) At least 3 years of sales and/or technical experience in achieving sales targets in cooling related market.
