OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive To successfully meet Service growth objectives by renewing; identifying and selling Planned Service Agreement; Operation & Maintenance and Digital Solution opportunities. To work with cross functional team members on the Digital Solutions Offering and creating more Digital content into our Planned Service Agreement. Transformation of our traditional maintenance contracts to Digital maintenance contracts. What you will do:

  • Develop and continuously grow the service maintenance contracts businesses to new and existing customer base assigned and pursue any Digital Solutions with customer base that generate future businesses.
  • Actively look for new service agreement opportunities; explore digital solutions opportunities and ensure the retention of our existing customer base through team-working, proactive customer visits and customer relationship building.
  • Ensure optimized sales and market coverage with new and existing base to explore any Digital Solution businesses.
  • Actively look for new service agreement opportunities; explore digital solutions opportunities and ensure the retention of our existing customer base through team-working, proactive customer visits and customer relationship building.
  • Working hand-in-hand with Digital Solutions team to offer Digital Solutions (recurring or non-recurring) to New or Existing customer base.
  • Lead the promoting; selling and solutioning of Digital Business; recurring or non-recurring
  • Deliver revenue and profitability in the area of assigned responsibility
  • Submitting quotations/proposals to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with cross functional team members on New Planned Service Agreement Sales and digital solutions businesses.
  • Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors’ activities, product, prices, business performance and promotional programmes
  • Ensure the highest standard of Service Quality are maintained at all times
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activity, prospects and forecasts.
  • Ensure timely update of existing install base and contact
  • Assist Head of Department on the reporting of financial performance
  • Assist Head of Department on leading and guiding the junior team members
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support the overall service strategic objectives both short and long term
  • Perform any other duties from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by your superior or management
  • Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors’ activities, product, prices, business performance and promotional programmes
  • Ensure the highest standard of Service Quality are maintained at all times
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activity, prospects and forecasts.
  • Ensure timely update of existing install base and contact
  • Assist Head of Department on the reporting of financial performance
  • Assist Head of Department on leading and guiding the junior team members
What we look for:
  • Degree onwards and/or relevant industry experience
  • 3 years and above experience in Building Services or sales function
  • Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills
  • Must be a proactive team player and good leadership
