- Manage existing key account customers and establish new prospective customers account.
- Cold call & canvass for prospective new clients
- Attend to enquiries and assist customers
- Arrange regular appointments for presentation to introduce and promote the benefit of piped gas services and gas powered lifestyle appliances
- Follow up closely, secure and grow the sales of gas appliances for residential project
- Coordinate and attend site meeting with suppliers, main contractor, consultants and developers
- Manage and coordinate after sales activities to ensure proper project closure
- Process new project submission, to monitor and manage progress, issuance of letter and quotation, delivery schedule and etc
- Data processing
- Update and maintain project database.
- Monitor and track property developer land bank and projects progress in the pipeline
- Manage progressive payment upon delivery and track project schedule
- Any other related tasks assigned by supervisor
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline preferred or equivalent with related experience
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience
- A team player who is meticulous and able to work independently
- Possess good presentation, analytical and processing skills
- Proficient in MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word
