. You'll play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients, strengthening existing relationships, and leading sales activities in the logistics and e-commerce sectors.
What You'll Be Doing
Identify and secure new business opportunities locally and overseas through prospecting, calls, and email outreach.
Promote and market the company's logistics and freight forwarding services to achieve sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, margins, and service terms to create win-win agreements with clients.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and account activation.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Lead by example to motivate Sales Executives in professionalism, commitment, and performance.
Oversee sales activities to ensure targets for calls, meetings, proposals, and closures are achieved.
Provide administrative support to both local and international clients.
Maintain consistent communication with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Support ad-hoc sales or business development projects when required.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related role, preferably within logistics or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of logistics operations and parcel delivery processes is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about generating new business opportunities.
Skilled in listening, negotiation, presentation, and both verbal and written communication.
Proactive and resourceful, able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities, with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
