Role Overview
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and channel profitability through strong relationship management and strategic account planning. This role requires a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the consumer electronics market and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
a? Revenue & Sales Target Achievement:
Drive the achievement of assigned sales and revenue targets while ensuring healthy sell-out performance and optimal channel inventory.
a? Business Partner Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key business accounts, founded on mutual trust, transparency, and integrity.
a? Strategic Account Planning:
Lead joint business planning sessions with partners to identify business opportunities, address gaps, and develop actionable growth strategies.
a? Sales Execution & Deal Implementation:
Oversee the end-to-end sales and implementation process to ensure smooth and successful delivery of deals.
a? Promotional Campaigns & Trade Marketing:
Collaborate with product managers and business partners to plan and execute promotional activities, optimize trade spend, and maximize ROI.
a? Performance Tracking & Analysis:
Conduct weekly tracking and performance analysis of key accounts and stores to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
a? Retail Excellence:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure strong in-store visibility, superior merchandising, and effective field force management.
a? Marketing Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing communications teams to support partners' marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
a? Forecasting & Supply Chain Alignment:
Hold regular alignment meetings with the supply chain team to maintain accurate sell-in/sell-out forecasts, prevent stockouts, and manage overstock.
a? Financial Management:
Ensure timely management of account receivables and payables.
a? Problem Solving & Decision Making:
Tackle diverse challenges with sound analytical judgment, identifying effective solutions that support business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications
a? Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
a? Experience: min 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
a? Proven track record in account management and sales performance achievement.
a? B2C sales experience strongly preferred.
a? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
a? Creative and innovative mindset with a growth-oriented approach.
a? Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
a? Able to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and presentation abilities.
a? Proficient in sales reporting and performance tracking tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).

Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
