As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible to achieve successful growth of revenue in all targeted regions for the company\'s Imaging Business. You will enhance the company\'s reputation and development of relationships as well as to implement sales and marketing activities with distributors across the Region.

Adecco is collaborating with a renowned Japanese MNC with more than a century of heritage and specialization in optical and imaging products. They are hiring for a Senior Sales Executive for their Imaging Division with a Regional Scope.

Senior Sales Executive | Japanese MNC | Regional Coverage

Responsibilities:

  • Manage regional sales and marketing activities and to grow the company\'s business in the regional countries (Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and other Oceania countries)
  • Maintain close communication with management and distributors
  • Coordinate all matters relating to regional sales and marketing planning and strategy.
  • Maintain close communication with distributors by coordinating sales efforts and negotiations.
  • Arrange product supply allocation within the region.
  • Monitor and track progress of weekly sales budgets and provide weekly reports.
  • Analyze market data, from market intelligence and compile for Management reporting.
  • Oversee sales and promotional strategies with distributors in the region.
  • Participate in regional sales support for distributors such as regional meetings and events.
  • Assimilate into the current organizational culture of distributor, understand and acquire knowledge of products and capabilities of the organization.
  • Improve company\'s branding in distributor countries [enhancing POP materials, signage and advertisement].
  • Lead and manage distributor relationships to effectively achieve predefined targets, strengthening the growth of sales and market share for the regional countries
  • Handle and process monthly PO, Sales, Sales and Marketing expenses, credit/payment with assigned countries customers in collaboration with F&A, logistics and other departments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Business or relevant qualification
  • At least 2-3 years prior sales and marketing experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Photoshop
  • Proficiency in other graphic/web designing software will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and writing skills
  • Meticulous and resourceful
  • Proactive team player with initiatives
  • Independent and fast-learner with positive working attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and must be able to multi-task
  • Passion for photography and/or videography is a valued advantage
