  • Our client is a Japanese company that provides weather information exchange platforms for each and every people worldwide. They are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their dynamic team! The incumbent will be responsible for lead generation and maintaining existing clients.

    Reporting to Assistant Director

    \xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91
    \xe2\x80\x90 Consultation services for existing clients, Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
    \xe2\x80\x90 Maintaining accurate client records such as contact base
    \xe2\x80\x90 Handle lead generation of building relationships with major global Marine, Shipping, Aviation, or Steel related companies
    \xe2\x80\x90 Prepare the presentation materials for client meetings
    \xe2\x80\x90 Planning and conducting webinars
    \xe2\x80\x90 Lead the marketing (PR, market analysis) to Marine related companies using a Pull Promotional Strategies
    \xe2\x80\x90 Assist to manage all stages of the sales cycle including planning strategies, generating quotes, liaising with clients, follow-up opportunities, and project implementation
    \xe2\x80\x90 Member follow-up and lecture to new joiners
    \xe2\x80\x90 Liaise with the in-house operations team, etc.
    \xe2\x80\x90 Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required
  • Requirement

    \xe3\x80\x90 What they are looking for \xe3\x80\x91
    \xe2\x80\x90 Possess Bachelor Degree/Master\xe2\x80\x99s in any field
    \xe2\x80\x90 Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of Inside Sales/Lead Generation/Business Development of intangible products. (More than 3 years of experience is highly preferred!)
    \xe2\x80\x90 Possess literacy in MS Office soft such as Excel (basic formula, able to make a summary) or PowerPoint (be able to make presentation materials)
    \xe2\x80\x90 Good command of the Japanese language (min JLPT N2) is required, as this role requires liaising with Japan HQ
    \xe2\x80\x90 Able to build long-term relationship with our clients
    \xe2\x80\x90 Able to attend the dinner with clients
    \xe2\x80\x90 Possess knowledge of the Marine industry and having a relationship with Marine, Shipping clients will be a big advantage
    \xe2\x80\x90 B2B Sales experience with Marine, Shipping clients will be a plus!
    \xe2\x80\x90 Experience in managing a small team will be a plus!
