Job Description

Basic Salary: S$3500-5000

Gross Salary: S$4500-6000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm

Rest Days: 8 days per month

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on promoting the company's intelligent lighting systems and modern agricultural equipment

Professionally present and sell system-level solutions integrating smart control technology and high-quality LED lighting

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at large commercial farms

Prepare professional technical proposals and tender documents, independently handling small to medium-sized tender projects

Represent the company at industry exhibitions and client meetings in North & Southeast Asia

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Native or native-fluent English proficiency is mandatory

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical solution sales

Ability to independently develop technical proposals and handle tender documents

Excellent client development and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Japanese (business level or higher) as we have Japanese speaking client

Valid Singapore driver's license

Prior sales experience in smart control systems or agricultural technology is preferred
