Senior Sales Executive (Pharmaceutical + AWS + Central + Incentive Trips)

The client is a well-established Bio-pharmaceutical and Medical Nutrition Company that source for highly specialized medicines, also known as orphan drugs. The client possesses an extensive network to respond and fulfil the special medicine requirements of hospital pharmacists and physicians. From dealing with the manufacturer, supplier, assisting in permit applications, managing complex import procedures, to shipment tracking, cold-chain handling, and express delivery.

:

  • Effective management of key customers in General Surgery, Oncology and Rare Disease.
  • Identify potential key customers and work with marketing to increase sales in key accounts.
  • Drive the product listing process in key customers and follow through every stage/process to ensure successful listing efficiently and timely.
  • Establish strong rapport with key customers and its stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of sales and marketing activities within respective key customers.
  • Responsible for effective promotions, planning, proposals, and execution.
  • Organise CME sessions, roundtable meetings, and additional engagement initiatives to consistently involve key customer\'s stakeholders.
  • Familiarize with the ordering and purchasing process of specialty products in Private clinics, Private and Government hospitals, and ensure ordering process is prompt.
  • Obtain latest market information from time to time and add value to marketing plans to gain competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with our 3rd party partners managing the Patient Access and Market Access programs to ensure adherence to programs and to ensure no delays in treatment for eligible patients.
  • Manage existing accounts, secure orders, and create new accounts through planning and organizing daily territorial planning.
  • Conduct sales presentations and prepare sales weekly & monthly reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma
  • 3-4 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry, particularly specialty care sales experience. Experience with Oncology products is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and business partnering skills with ability to manage and negotiate with key decision makers in the hospitals.
  • Experience in handling specialist and key stakeholders in both Private and Government hospitals is required.
  • Highly dependable and able to work independently.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Candidates with a Class 3 valid driving license and a car would be preferred (Transport allowance is provided).
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
