This role will be overviewing the inbound sales processes concerning bookings of the organization\'s properties for both Hong Kong and Singapore. As a member of their Inbound Sales function, you will drive revenue and productivity improvements for the Asian region.
You will be required to go about the various locations in Singapore to meet up with clients, negotiate on contracts & terms, and work closely with the designer to ensure that the properities are aesthetically pleasing according to the organization\'s brand standards.

Contributing to the bookings and revenue productivity and personal development of Sales Associates on a day-to-day basis via real-time support, individual mentorship, and training
Responding to inbound leads in the Asian markets and helping to ensure a seamless full-cycle customer journey
Providing product and process feedback to internal teams such as Pricing, Business Development, and local stakeholders
Liaising with local GMs and leadership on best practices and operational efficiency
Gaining a thorough understanding of our processes and policies, identifying process gaps in the inbound Sales workflow, and collaborating with Sales Operations to streamline operations
Job requirements
Min 2 years of sales experience (sales, real estate, business development or other)
Degree in Business Management and/or equivalent
Fast learner with ability to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for workflow optimization
Collaborative and friendly individual who thinks creatively and strengthens our company culture
Proactive problem solver who communicates openly and concisely
