Responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales inquiries Process sales orders efficiently Manage customer negotiations with professionalism Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers Meet and exceed sales targets Generate new business from existing and prospective customers Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners

Qualifications:

Academic qualifications are not essential Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written Proven experience in a sales role Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
