: We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Engineer who is solutions oriented with a strong sense of accountability and able to follow through with client's needs and requirements : We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Engineer who is solutions oriented with a strong sense of accountability and able to follow through with client's needs and requirements. Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills that would be an asset in forging strong business relationships with our partners and customers. Job Responsibilities: . Achieving sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies . Proactively promote and source for new opportunities in the field of fire protection sales / maintenance contracts . Attend tenders/site visits to better understand requirements, determine quotations, costings etc . Actively managing existing accounts to ensure the continuity of sales . Provide monthly sales forecast and reports and weekly sales updates . Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Sales Director Job Requirements: . Diploma / Degree in any Business / Engineering discipline . Must be a go-getter and have a positive attitude . Able to speak both English and Mandarin . Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience . Knowledge in Fire Protection System and experience in working in the fire industry is a plus . Candidates with sales experience but not in the fire industry are welcome to apply . Good knowledge in using MS Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook . Able to work independently . Willing to go to site and respond to emergency calls after office hours Other Information: . Office Location: Ang Mo Kio. . 5 day work week with flexible working hours / location . Salary starting from $3600-$5000 (with Commission + Performance Bonus) - The Sky Is The Limit! .
