Responsibilities:
- Establish business plans and goals to meet yearly sales expectation.
- Extensive knowledge on Air/Sea freight forwarding and Warehouse Management.
- Oversee, plan and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation and customer services in Singapore and globally.
- Establish logistics performance measurement system; maintain metrics and analyses data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Manage a decentralized warehouse.
- Carry out in-house preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS)
- Ability to work with stakeholders from all parts of the business including Senior Management and Junior members.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Degree or relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or sales.
- Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience at a managerial level in a FMCG environment.
- Minimum 3 months working experience with ASRS
- Minimum 2 years working experience with warehouse management systems such as SAP and Oracle
- 6 Day work week
- Ability to multitask.
