Responsibilities:
  • Establish business plans and goals to meet yearly sales expectation.
  • Extensive knowledge on Air/Sea freight forwarding and Warehouse Management.
  • Oversee, plan and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation and customer services in Singapore and globally.
  • Establish logistics performance measurement system; maintain metrics and analyses data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Manage a decentralized warehouse.
  • Carry out in-house preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS)
  • Ability to work with stakeholders from all parts of the business including Senior Management and Junior members.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
Ad hoc duties may be assigned Requirements:
  • Degree or relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or sales.
  • Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience at a managerial level in a FMCG environment.
  • Minimum 3 months working experience with ASRS
  • Minimum 2 years working experience with warehouse management systems such as SAP and Oracle
  • 6 Day work week
  • Ability to multitask.
