Sales, backlog, orders, and margin forecasting for both SA and SR segments.
Manage service sales team on sales orders and pipeline management for SA and SR segments. This includes guidance and management of proposals, quotations and tenders.
Develop go to market strategies for SA & SR that will increase revenue incrementally.
Drive regional and global initiatives focused on growth such as Connected services contracts, Digital services etc.
Conduct seminars and engagement with key customers to expand service business and offerings
Employee development on performance, training requirements for all segments including operations, sales, coordinators, and field staffs.
Manage human resource related issues within the service sales division with HRBP, such as compensation & benefits and welfare & communication.
Ensure compliance to safety regulations and obligations in accordance with global EH&S standards.
Provide support to region functional leaders in development of initiatives to grow the service business.
Collaborate with Service operations for managing customer complaints and escalation to ensure resolution of customer issues in a timely manner
Identify potential opportunities of improvement within the service division's processes to make changes and accomplish sales operational excellence.
Drive sales management and sales operations processes such as sales target settings, Participation in building incentive structure for sales team etc.
