Job Description


The Role Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Business Development in Singapore and Australia with international/boutique agencies and direct clients
  • Act as the key contact point for clients for Chinese audience based digital campaign management matters
  • Develop and maintain close client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Proactively provide strategy and insights for clients to improve Chinese audience-targeted campaign performance based on campaign data, and to grow campaign through results and trusted relationship
  • Identify opportunities and cross-sell within assigned clients’ marketing portfolio
  • Identify new prospects, and reach out to new prospects to pitch for business opportunities.
  • Prepare, present and pitch media strategies and proposals to clients
  • Manage Local/Regional online marketing campaigns for corporate clients by having deep understanding and ability to analyze ROI/CPA goals and data, media buying cycle, marketing philosophy, targeting mechanism, etc.
  • Work closely with in-house ad-ops team on campaign implementation and reporting, including campaigns with Wechat, OTV, Red, KOL and other media direct buy products.

Ideal Profile
  • Proven work experience in business development, account and digital campaign management
  • Minimum 5 years of account servicing & marketing experience (experience from agency, publishers or online marketing industry is a plus)
  • Hands-on experiences with Display/ Mobile digital campaigns
  • Regional experience in Australia is an advantage
  • Knowledge in key Chinese social platforms like Wechat, RED, Tiktok
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
  • Willing to be a sales-driven self-starter who is able to work autonomously within a highly dynamic environment
  • Problem identifier and solver
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
  • Candidate with more experience would be considered as Associate Sales Director
