About the Role
We are looking for a
pure hunter Senior Sales Manager
to drive new business growth in Singapore and, where relevant, the wider ASEAN region for our technology / software / IoT solutions.
This role is responsible for the full sales cycle - from lead generation and first contact, through solution positioning, proposals, negotiation and closing. You will act as a country-level (and potentially regional) sales owner, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and expanding our customer base in key industries.

Key Responsibilities
New Business / Hunter Sales
Identify, target and win new customers in Singapore (and selected ASEAN markets, if applicable) for our technology / software / IoT solutions.
Build and manage a strong prospect list and sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, events, partners and digital leads.
Conduct discovery meetings with prospects to understand business needs, pain points and decision processes.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership
Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualification, product/solution presentations, demonstrations (with pre-sales support where needed), proposals, commercial negotiation and closing.
Prepare and deliver customer presentations, proposals and RFQ/RFP responses tailored to customer needs.
Work closely with technical / pre-sales / solution teams to design the right solutions and proof of concepts.
Targets & Forecasting
Achieve and overachieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets (revenue, margin, new logos, pipeline).
Maintain accurate CRM records for all opportunities and activities.
Provide reliable sales forecasts and regular reporting on pipeline, key deals and market trends.
Market & Account Development
Develop strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders (e.g. CIO, CTO, COO, CDO, Operations, Procurement) in target accounts.
Map and penetrate key verticals in Singapore such as financial services, technology, manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, healthcare, telecom, government/public sector and smart city projects where applicable.
Work with channel/partners/distributors and system integrators in Singapore where appropriate to reach and close customers.
Collect and share market intelligence on competitors, pricing and customer needs to help refine our go-to-market for Singapore and the region.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of B2B sales experience in technology / software / SaaS / IoT / IT solutions.
Proven hunter track record: consistently opening new logos and closing new business, not just managing existing accounts.
Strong experience managing the full sales cycle from lead to close.
Demonstrated success achieving 90%+ of sales targets over multiple years.
Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market customers in Singapore (regional experience across ASEAN is a strong plus).
Solid understanding of solution selling / consultative selling in a technology environment.
Hands-on experience using a CRM system for pipeline and forecast management.
Skills & Competencies
Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional Asian languages (e.g. Mandarin, Bahasa, etc.) are an advantage for regional dealings.
High level of self-motivation, ownership and discipline - comfortable working with target pressure.
Ability to work independently in Singapore while collaborating with regional / global teams.
Strategic thinking with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves hunter mindset.
