Job Description

Responsibilities





Fulfil the assigned Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. Proficient in the presentation and selling of designated products and services. Proficient in the company's lead generation, selling, and conversion processes. Proficient in applications of the company's sales systems and tools, and processes. Proficient in the management of events - bookings, amendments, payments, and reviews. Ensure clients remit agreed payments promptly to reduce exposure to financial risks. Review the performance of the assigned portfolio and present solutions to gaps periodically. Gather and share intelligence within local anti-competition rules to benefit business planning. Foster collaborative relationships with key-linkage and operational teams. Collaborate and optimize revenues with the Revenue Manager. Attend client events and provide service as and when needed. Respond to internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner. Adhere to statutory regulations and internal guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor, carrying them out with diligently and professionally

Requirements





Minimum diploma in any field. At least 2 years of experience in a sales role within hotels. Strong communication and analytical skills. Drive and acute business acumen to achieve results.
