Job Description

• Position : Senior Sales & Marketing Manager (Fintech / Electronic Payment Service/ PayTech / Credit Cards/ ePayment/ Merchant)
• Location : COLLYER QUAY (Nearest MRT: Raffles Place MRT)
• Working hours : 5 days a week; Mon-Fri 9am -6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Electronic Payment Service, Solution and Technology Provider

Main Responsibilities:

• Reporting direct to Managing Director and involved in company start up in Singapore to growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies
• Achieve company\'s goals with high standard of professional and compliance excellence
• Establish and manage strong presence in the market and develop strong relationship with banks, merchants and business partners
• Setting up company Sales business SOP and compliance guidelines
• Do planning and strategy to acquire merchants/ B2B sales to increase market share
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads in eCommerce service and new product markets
• Collaborate with NETS / Credit card system set-up, procedures end to end and operational issues
• Manage to plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and plans to achieve business targets
• Implement marketing campaign and marketing communication within yearly marketing budget
• Generating of monthly sales, marketing & renewal reports for management reporting
• Working closely with marketing team to promote usage

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in any discipline
• At least 5 years relevant experience in sales - NETS / Credit Card/ Banking Products/ networking and payment background
• Strong business acumen and innovative with a passion to success
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with strong sales drive
