The GTM operations Team is the bridge between the Sales organisation and all other business functions at Fireblocks. We are responsible for the GTM strategy and planning, business analysis, operations and sales tools for the sales organisation. As our Sales organisation and business needs are growing, we are looking to scale our support capabilities for the sales organisation and other business functions that rely on our CRM.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager who will provide direct operational support to our Go-To-Market teams in the APAC region and be a trusted advisor by proactively providing insights and being consultative to sales leadership. You will play a critical role in driving go-to-market efficiency and sales productivity, uncovering valuable business insights and executing business critical initiatives. You will also partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations and Customer Operations on various strategic initiatives that impact the Sales team and Fireblocks at large.
The role is for a strategic, hands-on operator who proactively drives efficiency, accuracy and clarity through data and technology.
