ales Enquiry & Sample Management Process
M
anage end to end process from sales enquiry to processing of orders and till products are delivered to customer.
S
ubmission of hi-res images and other required documents to customer for uploading onto their website portal
P
reparation of product assortment deck and share with Key account promptly
K
ey liaison with supplier to ensure product samples are arranged to customers.
T
rack and update samples delivery progress - follow up timely on samples review
F
ollow up on all customer's product queries with supplier/regional team and provide timely feedback
P
repare and process sales quotations (Item agreement), obtain management's approval and send to customers
O
rder processing & Price Encoding
O
nce purchase orders are received, to ensure checking and verifying all information (i.e: delivery shipment window, port of loading, qty, net sales etc) with supplier accurately.
R
equired to maintain price coding and item creation in the system so that planner can process PO to supplier
M
aintain detailed records of all sales-related documentation and transactions.
E
nsure timely order entries and track delivery progress.
Q
uality Testing & Packaging Matrix Management
M
anage end to end process of QC testing requirements for ordered products by liaising with suppliers, customers, MTS/SGS counterparts.
W
ork with marketing teams to create packaging carton graphics required for shipment
W
ork closely with suppliers to ensure customisation of packaging matrix is communicated accurately for shipment requirements
M
arketing Expenses Submission and Tracking
A
ccurate and timely tracking of documentation for marketing expenses by each customer.
P
rocess documentation by seeking management's approval and revert timely to customers.
E
nsuring all information uploaded accurately in SAP Docuware so that Finance team can process payment and deduction timely.
C
ross-Functional Coordination & Other Duties
A
ct as liaison between sales, logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
C
ommunicate with clients on product availability, delivery timelines, and order updates.
H
andling of customer's complaints for defective returns.
