Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, you will leverage your expertise to create scalable and efficient solutions that enhance our CRM capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical designs and specifications.
• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Implement complex workflows, validation rules, triggers, and automation processes to streamline business operations.
• Customize Salesforce configurations, including object creation, page layouts, fields, and record types to align with business processes.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
• Optimize Salesforce performance through code optimization, efficient data modeling, and query optimization techniques.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing best practices and promoting a collaborative environment.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform issues and bugs, working closely with Salesforce support and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura knowledge is a must, LWC will be additional advantage)
• Extensive Salesforce experience with exposure to various SFDC clouds
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, and security architecture
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source control systems (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
