Salesforce DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our agile development team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and customization, particularly with Service Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Work within an agile development team to deliver high-quality software applications according to requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
• Develop Apex classes and triggers to support business requirements
• Customize user interfaces using Visualforce and Lightning components
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices with thorough documentation
• Manage Salesforce administration setup such as organisation management, user profiles, roles, and security controls
• Design and configure custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, and flows
• Configure reports and dashboards for effective data visualization and analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Service Cloud
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
• Strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with third-party API integrations and data migration using tools like Data Loader
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide optimal solutions
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and business stakeholders, offering consultation on Salesforce solutions

Good to have:

• Experience with OmniStudio and Omniscript is a bonus
