Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Engineer with a strong background in solution design.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
• Salary Package: Up to $10k (basic)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Design and architect solutions on the Salesforce platform that align with industry best practices and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Lead the customization and configuration of Salesforce to meet business process requirements.
• Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Establish and enforce governance and compliance standards within the Salesforce environment.
• Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certifications is preffered: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or similar certifications / Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect.
• Proven experience in a Salesforce Engineering role, including solution design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and limitations.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
