Key Responsibilities:


SAP Implementation and Integration:


Lead SAP module implementation projects (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD) from planning to go-live.


Design and oversee end-to-end integration between SAP systems and third-party applications.


Solution Design:


Analyze business processes and design SAP solutions that align with organizational goals.


Develop technical specifications for custom developments, enhancements, and system upgrades.


Project Management:


Manage cross-functional teams to deliver SAP projects on time and within budget.


Create detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.


System Optimization:


Perform system audits and optimizations to improve efficiency and performance.


Implement automation solutions and optimize workflows using SAP tools and technologies.


Stakeholder Collaboration:


Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, providing expert SAP insights.


Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and technical teams.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Education and Experience:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


8+ years of experience in SAP consulting with hands-on expertise in at least two core modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP).


Technical Expertise:


Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and migration projects.


Expertise in ABAP programming, Fiori apps, and SAP integration tools (e.g., PI/PO, CPI).


Proficient in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet business requirements.


Certifications:


SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional in relevant modules.


SAP Activate Project Manager Certification is a plus.


Toughest Skills:


SAP S/4HANA Migration: Extensive experience in greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid migrations.


Data Transformation: Strong skills in ETL processes and SAP Data Services for seamless data migration.


Industry Specialization: Deep understanding of SAP applications in industries like manufacturing, retail, or finance.


Advanced Reporting: Expertise in creating reports and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or BW/4HANA.


Integration Expertise: Proficiency in integrating SAP systems with IoT, AI, and machine learning solutions.
