Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in SAP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Provide end-to-end functional/technical expertise in relevant SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, ABAP, BASIS, etc. depending on specialization). Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose SAP solutions aligned with industry best practices. Support system integration across multiple SAP and third-party applications. Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and customizations while ensuring compliance with business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues in a timely manner, providing post-implementation support. Prepare functional/technical documentation, training materials, and conduct workshops for end users. Work closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 5-10 years of hands-on SAP consulting experience in at least one core SAP module (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, ABAP, BASIS, etc.). Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects and post-go-live support. Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into SAP solutions. Good knowledge of integration points between SAP modules. Experience with S/4HANA migration/implementation is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

SAP certification(s) in relevant modules. Experience working in multi-country rollouts. * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
