Job Description

We're looking for a

Senior SAP SD Consultant

to lead solution design and delivery across

ECC and S/4HANA (including RISE)

. You'll run design/simplification workshops, own SD configuration, drive end-to-end testing and deployment, and lead the SD workstream (including coordination with offshore teams). Strong stakeholder management and clear communication are must-haves.


Key responsibilities

Solutioning & Design:

Lead simplification/design workshops; translate business requirements into robust SD solutions in ECC & S/4HANA (RISE and non-RISE).

Configuration & Delivery:

Own SD configuration (pricing, output, ATP, partner functions, credit mgmt., billing, delivery, intercompany/third-party flow, returns, STOs); prepare functional designs, test plans and cutover; deploy changes and complete hypercare on time.

Quality & Documentation:

Produce clear functional specs, configuration docs, test evidence, and operations guides.

Collaboration:

Work closely with MM, FI/CO, PP, LE and integration teams (interfaces/IDocs/APIs) to ensure end-to-end process integrity.

Leadership:

Lead the

SD sub-stream

, manage and mentor offshore resources, track workplans, and report status/risks.

Enablement:

Deliver Key User Training and support UAT/business readiness; drive continuous improvement and issue prevention.
Required experience & skills

7+ years

in SAP implementation/projects with

minimum 5 full life-cycle implementations

(mix of

RISE

and

non-RISE

preferred). Proven

design & configuration

depth across core SD processes (Order-to-Cash, pricing/conditions, delivery/billing, credit mgmt., shipping). Hands-on in

S/4HANA

SD innovations and

ECC

fundamentals; solid understanding of data migration, cutover and hypercare practices. Strong grasp of

testing approaches

(unit/SIT/UAT), defect management and release governance.

Stakeholder communication:

able to facilitate client workshops, clarify requirements, and present solution options effectively. Experience

leading SD workstreams

and coordinating

offshore/nearshore teams
