Your Role

You'll be part of a dynamic, passionate team that delivers engaging Science lessons aligned with the MOE syllabus. Every lesson you teach will reflect the

-- Observe Carefully, Analyse Logically, Communicate Clearly -- designed to help students think, write, and score like examiners.


You'll also stay connected with parents and students through prompt WhatsApp replies and digital feedback -- ensuring every child feels supported, and every parent stays informed.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality Science lessons (P5 & P6) both

onsite and online

, using our proprietary curriculum and teaching materials.

Communicate effectively

with parents and students through WhatsApp and other digital channels.

Mark and review

student work with precision and empathy, providing constructive feedback aligned with PSLE marking standards. Participate in training sessions and collaborative meetings to continuously improve teaching quality. Help shape lesson design, videos, and learning materials to enhance the Bestminds learning experience.

You're Perfect for This Role If You:

Hold a degree in Science or related discipline (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Life Sciences). Have prior experience teaching or tutoring primary-level Science in Singapore. Possess strong

communication and interpersonal skills

-- both in person and online. Respond quickly and professionally to messages and parent queries (speed matters here!). Are passionate about helping students discover joy in learning Science. Are dependable, well-organised, and able to work independently within a fast-paced team.
