As a Senior Scientist, you will harness your enthusiasm and inventiveness to lead an inventive antibody drug project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to reach project milestones.Our client specialized in antibody drugs development using antibody engineering technologies, including recycling antibody\xc2\xae, sweeping antibody\xc2\xae, bispecific antibody, various Fc engineered antibodies, and other emerging antibody engineering methods..The Job:

• Proficient in phage display, biopanning, and Molecular docking and MD simulation.
• Immunoassay development: Utilizing platforms like ELISA and related technologies such as Gyros\xe2\x84\xa2, Simoa\xe2\x84\xa2, Luminex\xe2\x84\xa2, and MesoScale Discovery\xe2\x84\xa2.
• Analysis of biological samples: Handling various sample types like plasma, serum, biological fluids, and tissue homogenates, both in preclinical and clinical contexts.
• Pharmacokinetics analysis and Modeling & Simulation
• Molecule labeling and biodistribution studies
• Development of cell-based assays
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, such as gene transfection, flow cytometry analysis, immunoprecipitation, western blotting, etc.

The Talent:

• Completion of a relevant Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, Biotechnology, or Information Science, along with 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
• Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate their molecular and cellular biology expertise through projects, presentations, or peer-reviewed scientific publications.
