Responsible for the development and improvement of new and existing products and technologies. Preparing, reviewing and coordinating projects according to schedules and costs, and ensure that the standards of quality are met.Responsibilities: . Work closely with scientists on mass spectrometry to develop diagnostic immunoassay, such as ELISA, ChLIA or LFA assays, based on company needs . Select and optimize antibodies for immunoassay development . Manage project or team to ensure the product development processes that meet CLSI guidelines and ISO13485 requirements . Analyze data; prepare technical reports and documents related to the product . Be responsible for technical transfer to MFG and clinical teams . Contribute to scientific and strategy discussions . Explore new immunology and molecular technologies to match clinical requirements on diagnostic assay development . Perform other relevant tasks as assignedRequirements: . Preferably Ph.D. degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related fields . Proven track record of immunoassay development, such as experiences on ELISA, LFAor ART (GICA) test . At least 2-year experiences on assay method development and validation . Hands-on experience with antibody preparation . Hands-on experience with antibody engineering will be preferred . Experience in ISO 13485 working environment is a plus .
