As a Senior / SCM Engineer at NTS Singapore, you will play a key role in optimizing the flow of materials, components, and finished goods across our mechatronics integration and sheet metal manufacturing operations. Your focus will be on designing and improving logistics systems that ensure efficiency, traceability, and cost-effectiveness from supplier to production to delivery.

Furthermore, your key responsibilities include:

Designing and implementing efficient internal logistics systems to support complex mechatronics and semiconductor integration workflows. Analyzing inventory data to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize shortages, and prevent excess inventory. Developing and refining end-to-end logistics value stream maps from supplier receipt to production delivery. Planning and optimizing warehouse and production floor layouts for improved material flow and space utilization. Collaborating with production teams to align logistics workflows with ERP/MES systems for real-time material tracking and accuracy. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all logistics-related transactions and reporting. Establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures for material handling, storage, and internal transport. Working closely with production, procurement, quality, and engineering teams to support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives. Contributing to cross-functional lean projects focused on process efficiency and cost reduction.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or high-tech logistics environment; experience in semiconductor or mechatronics industries preferred. Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management, and material handling systems. Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and data analysis tools such as Power BI. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions and drive results.
