Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, this role will support the Finance team on secretarial duties and administrative tasks required for day to day operations of the department.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of deliverables expected from the candidate. However, it covers the foundational responsibilities and capabilities that are required for the candidate to be successful in role.
General administrative and secretarial duties including but not limited to; managing leave for department, arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders (including Senior Management team), assisting in recruitment, onboarding and offboarding administration/logistics for the team.
Administrative banking activities such as arranging credit cards and bank tokens for directors and eligible staff, arranging cheques bank-in, cheques collection.
Corporate secretarial administration such as liaising with third party corporate secretaries to prepare and file annual returns for WH Group of Companies, coordinating real time gross settlement/bank facility letters.
Project administration support such as affixing common seal on project warranties/indemnities
ISO Quality Audit administration support such as assisting in maintenance of key project files (i.e. letter of acceptance and documents relating to project bonds).
Assisting in completion of time sensitive documents for banks, authorities, and other parties for a variety of important purposes (creation of new company, opening of new bank accounts, etc)
Support in any other ad-hoc duties and projects as required.

The ideal candidate should have:
Diploma graduate with minimum 4 years of working experience, knowledge of Finance or Accounting will be an added advantage.
The individual is highly organized, efficient, and confident in managing high volume of transactions under tight deadlines. They have a strong professional pride in ensuring tasks are delivered accurately and on-time.
They are an effective communicator that remain cool under pressure when dealing with various internal and external parties.
A team player, with a positive proactive approach to managing tasks on hand. Ability to collaborate and engage with others is key.
