What the role is:The successful candidate will join VITAL\'s Digitalisation Services team and will be responsible for leading a team in the digitisation, digitalisation, and maintenance of Personnel files (Pfile) for Ministries, Organs of State, and Statutory Board agencies. Candidate will be a key member of P-file project team looking at ops-tech, process, and policy matters. Additionally, the candidate will serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day Pfile-related matters for assigned agencies. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage a team to digitise and maintain Personnel files for various government entities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as a primary contact for Pfile-related matters for assigned agencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance policy-ops-tech workflow efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead process improvement, data analytics, and process automation projects to support the team\'s objectives.What you will be working on:
