We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The incumbent will focus on SIEM tools such as SPLUNK or QRadar
As a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be the technical expert and trusted advisor to our clients, providing them with valuable insights, solutions, and support throughout the sales process. Your in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, excellent communication skills, and ability to understand and address client needs will be key to driving successful sales engagements.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
- Good knowledge of Security Design Architecture, OSI model, TCP/IP model, Network Security and Protocols
- Experience in security technologies - SIEM technologies such as Splunk, QRadar etc.
- At least 5 years\' experience in the IT Security domain, in a technical role
- Always takes responsibility and ownership of tasks
- Have effective communication skills both orally and written
- Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all level of staff
- Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up
- Team player - co-operative worker and team mentor
- Be self-motivated, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent with good attitude
- Possess go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic industry
- Work well within a team environment
