  • Conduct orientation and training sessions for security officers, ensuring their familiarity with appropriate security rules and procedures.
  • Monitor work processes and performance, consistently striving for service excellence and upholding high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures, ensuring strict adherence across the organization.
  • Provide support to the in-house security team, particularly in managing security for V/VIP events.
  • Regularly inspect the night shift team to ensure operational readiness and compliance with established protocols.
  • Oversee and manage security officers\' coordination during emergency situations, ensuring a well-coordinated response.
  • Lead and coordinate security operations, incidents, and investigations, while also preparing detailed reports for the same.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive weekly security reports to the client during the scheduled meetings.
  • Implement safety and health policies and procedures, safeguarding employees against potential workplace hazards.
  • Collaborate and maintain effective communication with public law enforcement agencies and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
  • Manage staff morale and provide counselling to underperforming team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Division Head to efficiently manage manpower, equipment, and resources, optimizing on-site team performance within allocated budgets.
  • Undertake any other relevant tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the security operations.
Skills & Experience
  • Possess a Diploma/Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Encouraging applications from individuals with a background as Commissioned Officers in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) or as Senior Officers from the Singapore Police Force (SPF).
  • A proven track record of at least 3 years in a managerial or operational capacity that aligns with the role\'s responsibilities.
  • Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation.
  • Preferred possession of a Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority Certified Security Officer (PWM CSO) license.
