Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the security team.
• Conduct regular patrols of the mall premises to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activities.
• Respond to emergencies, including medical situations, theft, and disturbances.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior security officers.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in the development and execution of emergency response plans.
• Provide excellent customer service to mall visitors and tenants.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security or law enforcement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
• Provide Incident Management Services or Handle Security Incidents and Services, and Recognize Terrorist Threats (RTT)
• Proficiency in using security equipment and surveillance systems.(CCTV, Electronic Access Control System and PMD)
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security and safety.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform patrol duties and handle emergency situations.
• Previous work experience with the Police/Armed Forces or similar work in a multi-national company would be an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays (44hr p/wk):
