Overview*

The incumbent is expected to lead a team of security personnel command and control day to day security operations which includes ground and control room operations.

Job Responsibilities*

You will be responsible for the following:

• Duty team leader incharge of operational readiness with daily duty roster put up, based on shift manpower available
• Execute Command & Control of ground operations and control room operations during tour of duty
• Check on performance of duty personnel during the course of duties, and to make immediate corrections for any mistakes observed
• Investigate any case brought to attention and interview relevant parties and alert any fire safety hazards and flag up any hazards immediately.
• Management of incident for e.g. crime related, fire-related and medical-related. Putting up of incident reports for e.g. report of faulty controlled door or faulty card reader or any type of incidents that warrant an incident report
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Officer

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N Level or above
• Advance Certificate in Security Supervision will be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare security experience
• Possess valid PLRD security license
• Excellent knowledge on security protocols
• Ability to operate security systems
• Possess initiative and a good team player and the ability to react appropriately in stressful situations
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills MS Office; Words, Excel & PowerPoint
• Detail oriented and good organizational skill
• Willing to work 12 hours rotating shift including weekends and public holidays
