Key Highlights

• Location: Sungei Kadut
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security technology policies and procedures to safeguard our organization\'s assets, data, and people
• Manage the design, installation, and maintenance of security technology systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarms
• Monitor and analyze security technology system performance and make recommendations for improvements or modifications as needed
• Provide technical support and guidance to the security team, and other stakeholders, regarding security technology systems and practices
• Develop and manage budgets for security technology systems, including evaluating and recommending new systems or upgrades to existing systems
• Develop and deliver security technology training programs for security personnel and other stakeholders
• Ensure that security technology systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices
• Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and contractors as required
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a security technology role, with a strong technical background in security systems design, installation, and maintenance
• In-depth knowledge of security technology systems such as access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarms
• Experience with risk assessment, threat modeling, and security technology policy development
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Security certification such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications is a plus
