Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on customer support – Service / troubleshooting Emerson Marine product range
- Generate timely and accurate service reports as per the required standards.
- Provide technical training and technical presentation to client and inter-company.
- Provide remote technical support to existing and new client by email and phone.
- Support sales in technical meeting and onboard survey activities.
- Handle pre and post administrative work.
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, preferably with 2 to 4 years of working experience in the marine industry.
- Good analytical & troubleshooting skills coupled with minimum sales/marketing skills.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, especially influencing skills.
- Good team player & willing to deal with customer.
- Able to travel, periodically high travel frequency and sometimes with short notice
- Familiarity with marine environment will be an advantage.
