Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Focus on customer support – Service / troubleshooting Emerson Marine product range
  • Generate timely and accurate service reports as per the required standards.
  • Provide technical training and technical presentation to client and inter-company.
  • Provide remote technical support to existing and new client by email and phone.
  • Support sales in technical meeting and onboard survey activities.
  • Handle pre and post administrative work.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, preferably with 2 to 4 years of working experience in the marine industry.
  • Good analytical & troubleshooting skills coupled with minimum sales/marketing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, especially influencing skills.
  • Good team player & willing to deal with customer.
  • Able to travel, periodically high travel frequency and sometimes with short notice
  • Familiarity with marine environment will be an advantage.
