Job Description
$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Provide quotations on service and training inquiries from customers.
- Work with customers to schedule and prepare execution plans for service orders.
- Conduct actuator service work and assist in service training both in-house and at customers\' sites.
- Write service reports and ensure proper documentation in service order closure.
- Participate in site survey on actuators-related activities. Work with internal teams on customer challenges and derive solutions to solve issues faced.
- Keep up to date with product training and courses required for work at customer sites.
- Organize and maintain the service work area and tools.
- Validate all reported non-conformities and derive solutions on the non-conformities detected.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with non-conformance testing, inspection and instrument calibration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
