Job Description
:
- Pasir Panjang
- 5 days work week
- Possess Class 3 driving license
- To perform local services - includes preparation of instruments on loan (for sale, repair, screening and exhibition), collection of instruments after loan (check, clean and pack). Installation cum modification (including modification on other brand instruments eg. Electrical, carpentry, pipingetc.).
- To process both local and overseas repairs - includes trouble-shooting of instruments, preparation of repair quotation, service report, etc.
- To process commissioning for sales instruments - includes instrument leakage test, documents for commissioning (such as check list, manuals, etc.)
- To process Contract Service for instruments - includes instrument leakage test, service cum repair.
- To process Warranty Service cum Claim for instruments - includes service cum repair, to liaise with both distributors as well as THQ to follow up on their claims.
- To liaise with both distributors as well as THQ on technical correspondence.
- To liaise with sales coordinator for delivery arrangements to customers and distributors.
- Provide training to distributors both locally and overseas.
- Provide guidance to the technician on the repair of instruments.
- Minimum NTC or ITE certificate; diploma and above preferred
- 5 years working experience preferred
- Class 3 driving license
- Necessary technical skills
- Good communication skills
- Team player and is able to work independently
