The Mitek division has products for arthroscopy and sports medicine while the Neuro division provides instrumentation and implants for neurological and general surgery.Job Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibilities for repairing and testing of DePuy and Ethicon Endo-Surgery products.
• Managing the end-to-end tools and IM&TE from setup in SAP to calibration management.
• Managing work orders, quotations, and Invoicing of service.
• Managing Repair Centre Upkeep, Housekeeping & Cleanliness.
• Managing spare parts inventory planning, ordering, and receiving.
• Working with Synthes Switzerland and other J&J companies for all repairs related work requirement.
• Using MD S&R to manage the repair activity.
• Taking responsibilities for mentoring and training new hire.
• Performing on site commissioning (installation) and maintenance of medical devices.
• Up to 25% of international travel may be required.
• You might be required to work on weekend.
• Tracking warranties of instruments.
• Performing on-site or over the phone Customer Support.
• Managing Service Logistics (inwards and out wards repairs)
• Ability to perform under time constrain requirements
• Quickly adapt and learn new technologies and train repair centre team
• Follow J&J as well as best practice processes to offer fast as well as high quality repair to the region

• Associate\'s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or Diploma in any Engineering disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in a field service role. Ability to trouble-shoot and guide the service team on all technical aspects.
• Proficient spoken and written English
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry (Automobile, Medical device)
• Experience working under a quality system requirement
• Understanding of the ISO / QSR requirements
• Knowledge of the SAP system
