Senior Shift Technician
The Senior Shift Technician must have technical and manual skills for the operational and proper maintenance of the building structural, equipment, furnishing, mechanical plant, all facilities and physical appliances to the property. He/she will perform highly diversified duties to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.

What you will be doing:

• Inspect, lead and perform preventative maintenance on property\xe2\x80\x99s facilities and equipment
• Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
• Supervise contractors within the property to ensure work is carried out to specific standards
• Maintains workshop, store and plant rooms
• Responsible for inventory control of spare parts and materials
• Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way

• Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
