Job Description
:
- Handle the full spectrum related documents to all the relevant party and handle shipping documents of import, export, cross-trade and trans-shipment (BL, Pre-alert, Permit, etc;)
- Verifying of vendors / carriers / co-loaders invoice
- Preparing/Issuance of customers invoices and/or co-loaders/ agents debit/ credit notes / SOA / Update movement report
- Closed shipment
- Backup support for colleagues that needs assistance or on leave/medical leave
- Participate ad-hoc and Project tasked assign by the management
- Minimum GCE \'O\' Level and above
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in logistics industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive and diligent
