Roles & Responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire process of producing detailed shop drawings
• Must be able to lead, manage and check all kinds of Shop Drawings
• Coordination with relevant departments for technical/detailed shop-drawings submissions for approval including Consultants and Authorities
• Ensure that all technical/detailed shop-drawings are compliant with the relevant codes and/or regulatory requirements
• Required to carried out work smoothly done on site and ensure handing over in accordance with schedule given
• Ensure that all shop drawing must be done with constructability to site requirements, be practical, easy to understand, able to meet clients expectations and good profitability for the Company
• To provide evaluation/findings and project results to HQ Tokyo in Japan on a frequent basis

Requirements:

• Degree/Masters in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 20-25 years of working experience in the related field
• Proficient in Software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
• Able to lead a team
• Fluency in spoken and written Japanese is necessary as the incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate with counterparts in Japan, Tokyo Head Office such as monthly progress reports
• Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
• Required to be resourceful, pay attention to details and has good communication skills

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5.30 pm / 8.30 am to 6 pm
