Support Construction Manager in planning of site construction works
Prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions.
Coordinate with various Authorities/government/utility agencies for initial site clearance.
Coordinate with QP(S) including submission of necessary documents
Report on daily issues to Construction Manager.
Plan, schedule, and monitor work progress at the site.
Continuously ensure adherence to planned timelines.
Maintain and monitor quality controls.
Prepare and submit all daily/weekly reports as required.
Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, and minimize the environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
Liaise with authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering
Min 3-7 years of related experience on LTA - MRT or any Civil Infrastructure projects in Singapore
Experienced in Station Top Down Method Construction
Relevant coordination experience with Government Agencies
