To Assist Site Manager or Construction Manager or Director (Operations) or Senior Project Manager On Daily Site Operation Specific Responsibilities
Execute, day to day activities on site.
Liaise with the Consultant Representative on project matters.
Read and understand all contractual requirements are complied with agreed procedures.
Track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Manager.
Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.
Create and maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works; Ensure proactive measures are adopted for issues relating to quality, environmental and occupational health & safety Technical Skills and Competencies:
Monitor and ensure the timely completion of the project
Communication with Consultant Representative and Team members.
Learn coordination techniques on the project matters.
Understand all contractual requirements
* Learn about environmental aspects and impacts, and other environmental issues
