For our Major Projects in Singapore we are hiring Site Supervisors.

Primary accountabilities

Lead by example and ensure safety culture and the consistent adoption of safe work procedures.*
Apply construction experience to improve construction methods and adopt methods and approaches to ensure the job gets done safely and efficiently.*
Manage and supervise team performance, including the management of disciplinary issues.*
Train site labour and ensure adherence to issues of safety, quality and the environment.*
Conduct and document safety pre-starts and inspections at required frequency or as scheduled.*
Manage safety incidences immediately in conjunction with project engineer and safety coordinator.*

Skills & Experience

A minimum 10 years' experience in construction, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in Launching Gantries, Segment Lifters and Heavy Lifting.*
Demonstrated experience delivering projects meeting Quality standards and with zero accident.*
Demonstrated experience leading medium size teams (10-15 people).*
