Job Description

We are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Singapore. This role is a critical function dedicated to ensuring absolute adherence to every conceivable regulation, code, and company protocol. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from conception to completion, while ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.





Responsibilities:


Plan, manage, and continuously audit all project phases, with an emphasis on strict adherence to budget, schedule parameters and quality control. Conduct formal, quarterly audits of all stakeholder including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors communications and agreements to ensure that project requirements are met Develop and implement project plans, strategies, and timelines Manage the construction team, including subcontractors, to ensure they are working together effectively and efficiently Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental laws Proactively identify every potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them Ensure construction activities adhere to Singapore's building codes, regulations, and safety laws. Oversee and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules Prepare and submit project progress reports to management Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction

Requirements:

At least 15 years of experience in project management in the construction industry. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex construction projects. Knowledge of Singapore's building codes, regulations, and safety laws. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and schedules effectively. Experience in managing a construction team, including subcontractors. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Singapore Driving Licence. Overtime works might required. * Allow for Day or night shift as per request.
